This private pilot website saves enquiry details so the service owner can review requests. Please use test details when reviewing the prototype.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, selected role, preferred session format and the short description you choose to share. We record the submission time and a request reference.
How it is used
To review the request and discuss whether a personal setup is suitable. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list or create a booking.
Where it is saved
Website enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to the service owner. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for 30 days. There is no public enquiry listing.
What to leave out
Do not enter passwords, client files, personal information about other people, or confidential business or research material. The form does not accept attachments.
During a setup session
You sign into your own accounts and choose what to share. We agree suitable information before using an AI tool. Vendor policies and your organisation's rules still apply.
Before a public launch
The operator's legal identity, direct privacy contact, retention period and deletion process must be confirmed. This is a private service prototype, not a final public privacy policy.
